Wellness consultations are custom made for each person, base on the principle that we are all different and unique individuals who respond in very different ways to nutrients, herbs and foods. 

Being truly well, is the art of balancing our physical body, our mind and spiritual well being.

Tai Chi and meditation are amazing tools for training the mind and body to release tensions and stress. Breath work and qigong is a simple but powerful way to achieve health and renew our energy very quickly and effectively.
